"Contains examples and explanations that relate to the main ideas" best fits Support. When writing your claim or details in your topic, you'll need support to prove or even give more information about what your writing about to explain. This is also known as "supporting evidence".

"Uses paragraphs and has a beginning, middle and end" best fits Organization. The placement of each paragraph needs to be in order. The introduction should be in the beginning with your body paragraphs in the middle and the following conclusion in the end.
