I was always taught to write a transition sentence, and restate your thesis backwards before writing a concluding sentence. For example, if my thesis statement was "Thoreau's writings show an appreciation for nature, individualistic ideas, and rebellion against common society," then my conclusion paragraph would have a transition sentence, a sentence about rebellion against society, then independence, and appreciation of nature. Then there would be a concluding sentence.

Not sure if that's what you were looking for, but that's what I got!
