The listening is very important part of the effective communication.

There are many barriers, which can affect the communication process through listening.

Main factors, which effect the listening process are the impatient behaviour of the listener, inattentiveness of the listener and sometimes inattentiveness of  the speaker. Another important factor, which affect the listening process is the distraction.
