99 = 3 x 3 x 11
135 = 3 x 3 x 3 x 5

LCM = 3 x 3 x 3 x 5 x 11 = 1485.
Thus LCM of 0.99 and 1.35 = 14.85

Therefore, the least number of brownies he must have sold = 14.85/0.99 = 15.
