They don't see you as a failure, so don't ever think that. More than likely, they'll learn not to do what you did, and figure out how to avoid making that mistake.

If someone sees you make a mistake, they just Help you get back on your feet and try again. No one says anyone is a failure. we are all gods people and we are all imperfect, we all make mistakes, we all do wrong things but with the help of God we could be so much more and try. As long as we try we know we’re doing good!
