Can I ask for help? I know this isn't school related but i need help! I don't like my body shape and I hate the way I get tired when I do simple workouts. I really want to loose some weight before Halloween! My goal is to loose about 45 pounds ASAP! I just don't know how! Can anyone Help!!

Eat a lot of greens. When you want a snack don't go for the soda and chips. Go for something more healthy. Maybe a salad with cottage cheese or yogurt. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white. Go walking for at least 30 min a day. Don't eat anytime 3 hours before you go to bed unless it's a little fruit or oats. When I stopped drinking juice and soda and only drank water and did everything I'm telling you I lost 60 pounds in 4 months.
