a. smoke has a bad effect on lungs and can cause cancerous effects
b. sometimes in public someone might b smoking and u will pass by and might breathe it in than u have bad air in ur lungs.
c. it should not be allowed cause there are little kids walking around and they breathe it and there u go bad air in lungs.
d. i would tell them to put it out or go outside away from the kids and non smokers
