Eating - Takes energy to grow caddle/plants/food which can cause pollution. especially cows since they emit a lot of green house gases by farting so much (yes its true! google "methane")
Running - physically interacting with the ground
Driving - Uses fuel (even electric cars use fuel unless purely powered by green energy), causing green house gas emissions!

Eating
Sleeping (magnetic stuff from the earth affects your sleep look it up)
Pooping (recycling energy back to the earth)
Walking on it
Digging (I garden)
When I drive I use gas which affects the environment
I breathe change gasses of the atmosphere around me each time
I shower which released chemicals into the environment
I use a dishwasher which uses a lot of water and flushes my food out into the environment
I probably use a napkin a day so I use use plant fibers a lot
I mow the lawn so I affect the biosphere a lot especially if I spill gas.
I could keep going but I don't feel like it.
