Jacques Necker was a financial analyst and adviser who was very keen in economics of the time. He would advise King Louis XVI in financial matters. Knowing this, in my letter explaining my economic reform program (written as Necker), I would ask King Louis XVI to stop spending so much money on non-essential goods and services. I would ask the King to stop placing tariffs on trade in order to free up money to create economic fluidity.
