All professionals are faced with ethical and legal issues when by omission, action or non-compliance a damage is generated to a third party by virtue of professional practice, legal and ethical issues are faced if it is verified that there was some action provoked to generate that damage, in other words, if money is accepted, omitted or provoked actions with knowledge, or skip the code of professional ethics, we are facing with ethical faults that are also sanctioned by the guilds. There are some careers such as Medicine and Law that don´t face these situation that easy, unless it is shown that the necessary steps were not taken to obtain a favorable result.
