The situational leadership model states that a leader can adopt one of four leadership styles based on a combination of relationship (concern for people) and task (concern for production) behaviors. Based on the situational leadership you should show Helen how to use the equipment, watch her how she is performing  and correct her as she makes mistakes.

Situational leadership:

Delegating means transferring the work to the subordinate. In the end, the trainer should delegate the work to Helen. After doing so many practices, she will become a high performing cook.
