ACTION PLANING is the intervention phase of the OD process.
The OD [ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT] process is activated when a company recognizes that a problem exist which can negatively affect the mission or the health of the organisation; the OD process is set in motion to bring about change in the situation.
The OD process has seven stages,which are: problem identification, situational assessment, action planing, plan implementation, data gathering, result analysis and feed back.
