[tex]1 \frac{3}{4} [/tex] x 6 (or [tex] \frac{6}{1} [/tex]
Change 1 3/4 to an improper fraction = [tex] \frac{7}{4} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{7}{4} [/tex] x[tex] \frac{6}{1} [/tex] = [tex] \frac{42}{4} [/tex] = 10 [tex] \frac{2}{4} [/tex] cups
Reduce the answer and get 10 [tex] \frac{1}{2} [/tex] cups
