In the United States, justice is freedom of expression that has to do with the Constitution and individual rights. The United State leans strongly towards free speech whereas most countries outlaw hate speech, the U.S. allows any type of verbal expression. The cost of free speech can be disinformation, misinformation and just plain wrong information that have serious consequences to a person or entity.
