My dearest fellowmen, we are human beings who deserve our rights and
freedom. We should not allow this Assyrian army to conduct siege on our lands
and abuse our women and children. We must defend our honor, and we must not
allow anyone to step on our rights. Yes, we know of their power but we only
have our land. This precious land that our forefathers have worked so hard to
build into what it is today should not be put to waste. We need to defend what
is rightfully ours…even if we die trying.
