In the division, 60% are women and 100%-60% = 40% are men. And for this project, we have 15% of the women, or 15%*60% = 9% of the personal and 25% of the men or 25% * 40% = 10% of the personal working on the project. Therefore 9% + 10% = 19% of the division is working on the project.
