The easiest and least expensive test out of these to determine body composition would be weight circumference on different positions. Using circumference on different bodily areas can tell us the approximate ratio between fat and muscle tissue. This method is of course very rough and doesn't produce the most reliable results, it is, however, the easiest and cheapest among them.
