a work has no skeleton, which is why it can bend in all different directions, but the main reason i know this, is cause if you pinch a work between your thumb and forefinger, it will break, and there is nothing on the inside of the worm that indicates there is a skeleton
No skeleton, it may look like it but there isn't one. Because when you squish the worm there is nothing but flesh and blood. However there is a certain type of worm that has a skeleton just not an earthworm. (I don't know what the name is of the worm that has a skeleton.)
