President Franklin Roosevelt responds to the Supreme Court declaring some of his programs as unconstitutional with The Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937. The Bill was proposed by the President with the aim of adding more justices to the U.S. Supreme Court. His objective was to obtain the approval of the New Deal legislation that the court had ruled unconstitutional.
