If a radio play-by-play announcer describing each pitch during a baseball game fails to notice a naked fan running across the infield, the announcer would be demonstrating an inattentional blindness. The Inattentional blindness is also called the perceptual blindness. It is a mental lacking of attention which isn’t related to any visual defects or discrepancies. It can also be mean an event that a person is unsuccessful to notice an unanticipated spur which is in basic sight.
