Okay so this is alot of answers to take in, but I hope they help!
Mainly the ones who can afford it/wealthy ones.
Mainly because so many of them are in poverty, it is very difficult to enroll in school.
Because they have to be very wealthy in order to get into school.
Because of poor sanitation and poor medicinal standards many Africans suffer from many diseases.
Because of the constant rising temperatures, most crops are dying due to too much sunlight. There is also a huge shortage in water, causing many people to walk up to 6 hours everyday for water that isn't even clean.
