A would make more sense as the answer because a persuasive essay is opinionated so you should have opiniobs that go along with yours to be able to have more of a "backup" if you will. More people saying helps the reader feel more obligated to that opinion

I took the test and the answer is A. I think it is A. because you dont need a scientific article to tell you how other people feel about bus fees when you can just ask. You also shouldn't use wikipedia because it isnt reliable anyway. And finally an encyclopedia from the 1950s isnt going to be relevent in the 21st century. Hope this helps :)
