calcium is found mostly in milk from cows,, which can prove difficult to get enough of it if a person is unable to drink milk. but due to the increase of lactose intolerance people across the world,, many other ways to receive calcium have been created. one of the main ones are other forms of milk that do not come from cows. examples of this are almond milk, goat milk, coconut milk, or soy milk. all of these options include calcium but not dairy,, so people who are lactose intolerance can obtain their needed calcium without having to consume dairy. there are also many supplements that you can take that include calcium if you are still not getting your needed daily amount.
