I believe the answer is: 10%
Almost all high-paying careers that exist in American industries are dominated by white ethnicity (such as IT, medical, Banking, etc). The only two sectors where people from black ethnicity could have similar comparative earning with people from white ethnicity on average are music and sport industry.
