Every jobs would require different set of content skills.

For example, as a sales associate, your content skills would include things such as: public speaking ability, ability to form a relationship with others within small time window, etc.

As an accountant, your content skills would include things such as: Attention to details, deep knowledge in finance-related laws, high computing ability, etc.
