4. Environmental refers to your surroundings, both social and natural surroundings .
5. Occupational wellness means that you can use your ability, gifts, and talents to gain your purpose and enrichment in your life.
6. Intellectual wellness encourages creatives and continues to expand your knowledge and improves skills. It is also encouraging someone to participate in any activities.
7. Spiritual health is a willingness to seek the meaning of life and purpose in human being. It involves possessing faith, beliefs, and values that guide your life.
8. Financial is the ability to manage your financial condition. Financial is a common stressor, to be able to manage your finances will make you feel better and less stress.
