This is just a thought so.... I think that the high winds are hazardous for this train. Because of these high winds the train may slide off and cause an accident killing multiple people.

i think this because the pictures literally got houses and a train right next to it. wth man thats amazing. then theres a literal river or dam right there. id feel bad for the train carts with windows or doors open or the people who left their window open on their houses. the water looks almost like very thick fog.
