All the biological macromolecules contain Carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. However, most do not contain nitrogen. The category that contains nitrogen are

Respuesta :

Nitrogen is produced when bacteria and other responsible organism process on the nitrogen cycle.

The nitrogen cycle is a biogeochemical succession process of nitrogen that involves: fixation, ammonification, nitrification, and denitrification. Like any other biogeochemical cycles. This process undergoes and affects the biological, geometrical and chemical aspects in the ecosystem and the abiotic and biotic community. Hence, the nitrogen cycle leads the abiotic component –nitrogen- to contribute to the biotic community, decomposition and primal production. Further, it becomes an essential part of the environment because some life components are contains it, similarly, amino acids, nucleic acids in RNA and DNA.

Macromolecules are the substances that are essential for the life. There are four macromolecules required for the healthy growth and development. these four categories of the macromolecules are the proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, and fats. Among these four categories of the macromolecules, the proteins are the only ones which contain nitrogen in them.

Hence, the correct answer is 'protein'.
