Henry Ford was an American businessman who founded the Ford Motor Company. He is famous for developing the T Model, which would be the country's first commercially successful vehicle. He is also known for introducing the assembly line. A production system in which the different stages of the car production were placed in such a sequence that would dramatically increase the overall efficiency of the process. This concept was later adopted by various industries and is a highlight of the Industrial Revolution.
