The most prominent feature of this chart is that the surface temperature decreases further the planet is from the Sun. That also seems logical, since the planets in our Solar system recieve the heat from the Sun; further they are less heat they recieve.
So, if we group the planets into inner (first four) and outer (last four) we can say that the average surface temperature of the inner planets (including the Earth) is higher than the average of the outer planets.
