get a schedule. wake up early, eat breakfast, get out of your pjs and start your work!! play music without words and take time lapses of yourself while doing work so you won’t get on your phone. also i’m not sure if you are doing online school but make your bed so you won’t want to lay back in bed. make sure to drink water, eat lunch, and get some exercise. you don’t have to get it all done in one day. take your time and good luck :)
