ok so basically your trying to figure out
which circle has the largest overall fraction that is labeled 2
which will then give it a better chance off landing on it
so in the picture I have divided each of them into 8ths so now all you would have to do is count how many 8ths fit into the 2 sections on each circle
so for example circle a. has 4/8 simplifyed down to 1/2 worth of to the circle is the section 2
and b. c. and d. have 3/8
therefore spinner A. has the highest probability of landing on 2
